Amanda has been practicing law since 2007, and prior to founding Hairston LLP was a partner at a leading San Francisco-based law firm. Amanda represents corporate and individual clients seeking to maximize coverage under their insurance policies. She advises her clients on navigating the insurance claims process, provides counsel on policy wording and renewals, and pursues breach of contract and bad faith claims against insurers. Amanda has handled a broad range of insurance claims, including under errors & omissions liability (E&O), directors & officers liability (D&O), commercial general liability (CGL), and employment practices liability (EPL) policies. Amanda earned her undergraduate degree from Stanford University and her J.D. from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings).

Eric has been practicing law since 2003, including 5 years as a litigation partner at a large international law firm. Eric has broad experience advocating for his clients in matters such as commercial disputes, trade secret and other intellectual property litigation, disputes regarding private equity and venture capital investments, securities litigation, antitrust litigation, SEC enforcement actions, investigations conducted by the United States Department of Justice, proceedings before the California Public Utilities Commission, and in corporate internal investigations. Eric earned his undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley and his J.D. from Stanford Law School.
